Built 15 years ago, 3 Union Avenue houses SUNY ESC IT services, offices, AV media studios, and collaborative spaces.  Although well-maintained, the existing mechanical and electrical systems are approaching the end of their service life. This project includes updating these systems to increase energy efficiency and worker comfort, and updating the interior into a modern, comfortable, and useful space to meet the campus’s current needs. Code compliance issues were also addressed, while simultaneously creating a continuous and holistic interior design. Popli Design Group (PDG) was responsible for the architectural design.
