Mechanical Group Promotions

PDG is pleased to announce the promotions of three mechanical engineers in our Building Design Division. Daniel Hertzson, PE, Joseph Parisella, PE, and Matthew Rodak, PE, are being recognized for their hard work, advancement in their capabilities, and development in the profession.

Daniel Hertzson has been promoted to Mechanical Manager. In this role, he is managing the mechanical team located in the Rochester office. Dan has over 30 years of professional experience and joined PDG in 2021.

Joseph Parisella has been promoted to Mechanical Quality Manager. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the Quality Control and Standards for the mechanical group (mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection). Joe has over 20 years of professional experience and joined PDG in 2016.

Matthew Rodak has been promoted to Mechanical Manager. In this role, he is managing the mechanical team located in the Syracuse office. Matt has over 16 years of professional experience and joined PDG in 2017.
