PDG welcomes Raymond Hilly to our growing New York City team! Ray joins PDG as a full-time Junior Engineer in our Bridge Design Group after an internship at our headquarters office in the summer of 2019. He recently received his Master of Science degree in structural and earthquake engineering from the University at Buffalo. Welcome, Ray!
