CNY Engineering Expo

Chonghui Liu (CL), P.E., PDG's Team Leader for Energy Services, had the pleasure of presenting at the 16th Annual CNY Engineering Expo in Syracuse yesterday. His presentation, What’s New in Future Energy Standard: Applying ASHRAE 90.1-2016 and 90.1-2019 in Energy Efficiency Measures, focused on a summary of common energy-efficiency measures and their requirements from the most recent energy standard in these building systems to inform building energy performance improvement. ASHRAE Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings is the enforced energy standard/code covering most of the energy related systems in commercial buildings. CL has been a project subcommittee voting member of ASHRAE Energy Standard 90.1 since 2016.
