Popli Design Group (PDG) assisted in the commissioning of the MEP systems for three schools in Phase I and seven schools in Phase II for the Rochester Schools Modernization Program (RSMP).

PDG’s energy team performed periodic side observation inspections in support of the comprehensive commissioning, including the following building systems in these schools:

• Hot water and steam heating

• Chilled water and DX cooling

• Heat pumps

• Variable refrigerant flow

• Constant and variable air volume

• Terminal and unitary equipment

• Service hot and cold water
