​This project was assigned to Popli Design Group (PDG) as part of the NYSDOT Region 6 Construction Inspection Term Agreement and involves the mill and inlay of three miles of Route 352 in the City of Corning to the Village of Riverside. The three miles of road are in an urban setting with significant utilities, traffic signals, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, and tourist attractions (Corning Museum of Glass). This necessitated extensive WZTC and coordination with local businesses and the public. PDG provided inspection staff including the Office Engineer.
