A Locally Administered Federal Aid highway project involving the construction of a new 2,500 foot arterial. Popli Design Group (PDG) was the Prime consultant responsible for: Design Approval Document Preparation, Phases I-IV (Alternatives evaluation; wetland determination; environmental review; public involvement and outreach; and preliminary roadway design) and Final Design, Phases V - VI (Asbestos inspection of buildings to be demolished; horizontal and vertical alignment; pavement sections; guide rail, highway lighting; traffic signal analysis and design; drainage and storm water management; maintenance and protection of traffic; preparation of final plans, engineer’s estimate, and specifications; and construction inspection).
